Homes Victoria has released an EOI through the Buying for Victoria website to establish a New Builders Panel.

The Expressions of Interest will be the first part of a two-part procurement process, with the successful applicants invited to participate in the Request for Tender.
The Panel delivers design and construct turnkey solutions, including yield study, sketch, town planning, endorsed drawings, building permits and applications.
Homes Victoria is inviting builders through the Buying for Victoria website to participate in this procurement process.
The panel member organisations will have the opportunity in delivering on the Government's housing objectives. Homes Victoria reserves its rights to amend its approach, requirements and timing regarding the procurement process - Homes Victoria
Respondents will need to be registered with Buying For Victoria to access the materials and apply.
